Oya Özsuna Uyansoy

Having graduated from the American School of Language and Art, Oya started her career in Tax Management and Accounting Services at PwC in August 1994. She took responsibility in the fields of personnel affairs, scorecard records, legal notifications, reporting and annual leave tracking for six years and gained experience in the practices required by the local legislation. In 1999, she was assigned to establish and develop a specialised unit to provide our clients with payroll services.

Oya holds the Labour and Social Security Certificate of Bahçeşehir University. She specialises in payroll and personnel affairs services and provides these services to domestic and foreign capital companies. With knowledge gained by working in different units of PwC, she manages a dedicated team of 13 members that has a fast-growing portfolio and actively works to develop new products for companies operating in various industries.

In addition to her industry expertise for our clients operating in industries such as banking, food, chemicals, education, retail, technology, telecommunications, real estate and tourism, she serves as a Senior Manager in the areas of SSI Legislation, payroll calculation and reporting, personnel affairs and training. She speaks English.
