Özlem Güç Alioğlu

Özlem joined PwC Turkey Istanbul office in 1998. Özlem has mainly been involved in international tax assignments gaining experience in international tax planning for multinational companies. Her experience includes Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). She took part in many transactions in structuring of the deals and tax due diligence. She was a part of the PwC Real Estate Network before she took the lead of PwC Turkey Transfer Pricing Practice in 2010.

She is advising various local and international companies in different industries; automotive, pharma, retail and telecom to name a few. She has experience in pursuing unilateral and bilateral APAs, MAPs. She has vast experience at every stage of transfer pricing disputes.

She is a member of the Chartered Accountants and Financial Advisors (SMMM). She is a member of the Transfer Pricing Working Group of the YASED (Foreign Investment Association). Özlem is a graduate of Middle East Technical University Department of Political Science and Public Administration. She speaks fluent English and intermediate French.
