This conversation-based interview aims to assess English communication skills only and does not include technical content.
In some cases, a written test may also be required.
Candidates who successfully pass the English interview will be invited to an HC interview. This stage aims to better understand the candidate by evaluating:
Candidates who are positively assessed will then be invited to a second interview with managers from the relevant business unit.
Case studies may be included during managerial interviews when necessary to assess competencies.
After successfully completing the interview stages, reference checks are conducted. Offers are then extended verbally and officially written by our HC team.
