With advanced quality, innovation, standardisation and optimisation processes, PwC’s innovative Acceleration Centre (AC) provides a wide range of services to meet various needs of our clients flexibly, using advanced, efficient methods. Audits by head office employees are performed in coordination with audit field teams. AC consist of the following sub-teams:

Service Delivery Centre (SDC) Teams They organise the client data received from audit teams in line with audit standards, create outputs and share the outputs with field audit teams and CC teams.

Competence Centre (CC) Teams They work together with field audit teams, use the tools defined by audit standards and take part in a specific scope and number of audit processes. In addition, our team that provides service to Germany and Austria in the German language is part of this team.

Center of Excellence (CoE) Teams They are responsible for gathering a client's general journal, subsidiary ledgers and trial balance data, making the data suitable for processing and checking the consistency of the data, then performing the general journal entry tests required by the audit teams and visualizing the results of the tests. Also, they create templates using the package programs in line with requests from PwC lines of service, PwC clients and other PwC territories, and provide digital solutions such as process automation which enable cost reductions and increase efficiency.

German Team They work with the field audit teams from PwC Germany and other PwC Europe territories, use the tools defined by audit standards and take part in a specific scope and number of audit processes. German language fluency is a must for this team.

Tax Team Our tax professionals at the Acceleration Centre provide high quality output for PwC Turkey tax services processes and increase process efficiency by using various service channels.

Mainly provides IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) expert resources to support audit engagement teams. Since we provide such a unique service, team members have industry specialism mainly based on Financial Institution and Non-Financial Entity topics. Global accreditation and local certification accreditation are essential for ACS team members.

Main functions of ACS team;

• Reviews of IFRS reports under the scope of PwC Global policy and local policies.

As Actuarial professionals, we provide insights and solutions for all businesses that face significant and complex risks. We analyse how future events could affect them and calculate the impact on their business.

Using our risk and analytical skills and predictive insights, we calculate the impact of changing demographics or legislation on pension schemes, the effects that changes in financial markets have on different organisations. You’ll work with clients from the insurance industry (both life and general insurance), the banking sector (retail and investment), the healthcare sector, the public sector, as well as corporate clients from the non‑financial services sector like energy and utility providers.

Audit & Assurance professionals audit the financial statements of our clients within the financial services, public sector, private companies and consumer industry production services sectors. You will conduct audits that provide an extra level of confidence in clients' financial statements. For this purpose, you will meet with a different client's team every two to three weeks to provide insight on risks and opportunities within the organisation.

Increasing digitalisation has exposed companies to new cyber threats and digital vulnerabilities, making effective cybersecurity and privacy more important than ever. PwC’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Services team provides support in creating higher value to our clients by building trust and increasing business resilience and business operation efficiency. 

The Cybersecurity and Privacy Services team provides services in the following areas: a) cybersecurity strategy, risk and compliance, b) data security governance and data privacy, c) cybersecurity solution architecture and implementation, d) cybersecurity incidence and threat management and e) cybersecurity in mergers and acquisitions. Our prospective consultants must be knowledgeable and experienced in both international standards on information security governance and security and data privacy solutions. From a risk detection and “human, process and technology” perspective, our team defines potential cybersecurity threats and gaps our clients may be exposed to, and provides support in implementing applicable, effective solutions and a roadmap for these threats and gaps. Undergraduates of departments such as computer engineering, software engineering, information systems engineering are eligible to apply. Cybersecurity specialists must be aware of national and international standards and required certifications (SSCP, CISA, CISSP) and be knowledgeable about network, system, application, IoT and cloud technologies. 

The ESG team aims to support organisations in planning, supplying, financing and measuring the extensive impact of their products and services with our sustainability services.

ESG team members create analyses leading to more sustainable and more inclusive companies, gain significant knowledge about ESG strategy and learn how to define proper environment, society and governance KPIs. Our new team members are expected to improve themselves with regard to ESG matters by researching process management, the fight against climate change, inclusion, energy efficiency, the shift to a net zero economy, the defining of bank credit risk from environmental and social perspectives, the Carbon Disclosure Project and the calculation of carbon and water footprints using international guides.

What are we looking for?

The PwC ERP Services team provides value-added services ranging from strategy to implementation, enabling our clients to get the maximum benefits from their technological investments based on digital transformation.

We not only analyse the technology, process and organisation but also the interactions in the transformation from a holistic perspective, and we help our clients to own the transformation process. We provide technology-enabled solutions to complicated business problems. We are becoming specialised in business processes and the latest ERP applications. We manage complicated transformation projects. The main activities of employees in this department include

process analysis, process design, ERP solution research, project management activities and project presentation.
