New Grad, Internship, and Student Development Programs

Pearl Circle

Students from the faculties of Business, Economics & Administrative Sciences, and Engineering can apply to the Pearl Circle student development program.

This PwC experience will give you the opportunity to get to know PwC Türkiye, discover your strengths through team activities, meet PwC Türkiye professionals, and find answers to your career-related questions. The program takes place at the Istanbul Office, and the number of participants is limited.

The dates for the Pearl Circle program will be announced later on our website and career portals.

Diamond Circle

Students in their 4th year of Business, Economics, Administrative Sciences and Engineering faculties, recent graduates, and graduate students can apply for the Diamond Circle Internship Program.

Our short and long-term internship programs aim to guide your future career by providing insight into our services and corporate culture.

We offer internship opportunities at our offices in Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, and Eskişehir.

Students interested in the Audit department can additionally apply for the Long-Term Audit Internship position, which opens in October-November.

Recruitment Process


Graduate applications are collected through our global HC platform Workday.

You can access the current job postings via the Graduate section of PwC Türkiye’s Careers page or the Jobs section of our PwC Türkiye LinkedIn page.

Applicants whose profiles are considered suitable will be invited by email to complete an English Written Test and a General Aptitude Test. Candidates who successfully pass these assessments will proceed to the next stage.

Candidates who pass the tests will be invited to an online English-Speaking interview.

This interview is conversational in nature and aims to assess English communication skills. It is not a technical interview.

Candidates who pass the English interview will be invited by our HC team to participate in a case study and group interviews.

This stage includes:

  • Introduction and presentation of the company and relevant department,
  • Case study,
  • Interview with our HC team and managers from the relevant business unit.

Please note that in some departments, the process may differ depending on technical knowledge requirements.

Candidates who successfully complete all stages will receive an offer both verbally and officially written.
